A space to understand yourself, heal what you’ve carried, and create meaningful change.
Specialized care for women healing from trauma, attachment wounds, and the patterns that develop when you’ve had to be strong for too long.

You might look like you’re holding it together on the outside—but inside, it feels heavy.

You may struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, or carry a deep sense that something is “wrong” with you.

Many of these experiences are rooted in childhood trauma and complex PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), especially if you grew up feeling unseen, unprotected, or responsible for things that were never yours to carry.

Through EMDR and trauma-informed therapy, I help women better understand themselves, process painful experiences, and create more fulfilling relationships.
