Individual therapy can be helpful for many issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, and identity issues.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning that you are treated as the expert on your life. My role is to use my knowledge and expertise to help you make the best decisions for you. You are encouraged to actively participate in establishing treatment goals and setting the agenda for sessions, so that you can get the most out of our time.
Individual therapy can be provided in-person or via a secure telehealth platform.
